Namun, kadang2 anak2 mudah dijangkiti demam, batuk, selsema, dll... Sebagai langkah awal sebelum "merawat" adalah lebih baik kalau kita "mencegah"...

Sebab anak2 ni antibodi mereka belum kuat macam orang dewasa, sedangkan orh dewasa oun mudah terkena jangkitan, apatah lagi anak2 kecil kan...

Hari ni lina nak kongsikan set yang sangat2 seauai diambil oleh anak2 bagi memastikan mereka membesar sempurna, cukup dengan makanan yang sihat.
